Exciting news!
We’re thrilled to announce the Fulton Residential Demolition Project is set to kick off on February 3rd, thanks to the support of our Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds! The purpose of this project is to complete the demolition of 36 vacant residential properties that have been identified as dangerous and dilapidated in accordance with the city’s Dangerous Building Ordinance 1460-18.
This initiative represents a significant step forward in enhancing the beauty and safety of our city. A big shout-out to our Engineering and Planning and Protective Services teams for their hard work in securing these grant funds to bring this transformative project to life!
